If you've ever hosted a party, you probably know that
preparing food for your event and serving it take up a lot of time. So, this
holiday season, we’re here to provide you with some simple recipes so you can
spend less time in the kitchen and more time mingling with your guests!
Here is a delicious and easy recipe, courtesy of
foodnetwork.com, for a classic appetizer – hot artichoke dip! This appetizer is
a crowd favorite and one the kids will be sure to love as well!
Ingredients
- 1 block of cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat your over to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl,
beat the cream cheese with a mixer until texture is smooth. Then add in the
mayonnaise, mix until smooth. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir
together until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 to 40
minutes until the top is golden brown and dip is bubbling. Serve with your
choice of crackers, toasted bread, veggies or tortilla chips.
